Before the holiday break, join us in a forum on the topic of "Collaboration and Crossing Media" on 13 December, Thursday, 4-6:30pm at the MKP Hall, 4F CCP Main Theater Building.
The forum will include 2012 Thirteen Artists Awardees Joey Cobcobo, Michael Munoz and Leeroy New, as well as past awardee Kawayan de Guia, with the special participation of JK Anicoche, Artistic Director of the Sipat Lawin Ensemble. The forum will conclude with BANAT, a collaborative performance between Leeroy New and the Sipat Lawin Ensemble at the CCP Main Theater Promenade (Manila side).This forum is part of the CCP Sining Alamin: 13 Artists Series of the ongoing 2012 Thirteen Artists Awards exhibit and is made possible with the support of the Metrobank Foundation Inc. CCP Sining Alamin is a series of artist talks and forums featuring past and recent Thirteen Artists Awardees, which will run from December 2012 to February 2013. Each session will focus on a specific topic or issue related to contemporary art practice. The 2012 Thirteen Artists exhibit is installed at the CCP Bulwagang Juan Luna (Main Gallery), Pasilyo Juan Luna (Main Gallery Hallway), Pasilyo Guillermo Tolentino (3F Hallway Gallery), Main Elevators, and the Grand Staircase. It will run until 24 February 2013.
