Lexcode's Les Miserables Blocked Screening Contest Promo (Jan. 16, 2012)

Les Miserables’ is the story of ex-convict Jean Valjean, [a man convicted for stealing a loaf of bread to feed his sister’s seven starving children and sent to prison for five years, he is paroled from prison nineteen years later] who becomes a force for good in the world but cannot escape his dark past.

I am joining LexCode’s Les Miserables Blocked Screening Contest Promo showing on 16 Jan. 2013, Wednesday at Shang Cineplex, Shangri-La Plaza Mall for the primarily reason that I am an avid fan of Andrew Llloyd Webber. I had watched Miss Saigon and Phantom of the Opera at the CCP, and now his highly acclaimed Broadway musical will once again be adapted for film, I wish to watch it first on its’ first day of showing. Basically, I had a copy of Les Miserables’ movie and the 25^th Anniversary Concert where our very own pride Leah Salongga sang perfectly the masterpiece “I Dreamed A Dream”. I wanted to be a part of the Block Screening Event of the Year sponsored by LexCode, the a company known for their quality translations and interpretations partnered by The Intersections and Beyond, a highly updated blogspot about arts, literature, theatre, film, food, sports & technology. Being one of the firsts to watched Les Miserables’ would mean that my year has just started right – productive and fruitful. Thanking you in advance for the tickets and other surprises. I’m sure I will enjoy the night with you guys.
